Well guys i made a thread a long time ago that was titled post your chevy webpages. However since yahoo has taken down geocites and a majority of the links that was posted no longer work i feel it's time to start a picture thread. Basically the rules would be a breif description and up to date pictures. After all thats why we are all on this forum because of our profound love of the 73-87 chevrolet truck. so lets get started you guys post away. lets see all those trucks you guys have and are working on! the best part of having this is that we can all have one thread to go to and look at pictures of trucks that are all the same body style.

actually i just started back to working. I have been off work for the last year because of having surgerys to repair some issues i was having with my feet. i have always been lurking around the forum but i have not posted because i dont currently have a truck however now that i am back to work and i have caught up all of my bills my wife and I have came to an agreement that it is time for another truck. we have to haul off our garbage and right now we are borrowing trucks to do that so of course that is a pain in the butt. hopefully soon we will have enough money to buy another truck and i will be able to post a picture here when it happens. how are things going with you and bad bow? have you painted bad bow yet? good to see you still have him and that you still enjoy him as much as ever.

Hey! I just noticed you're a fellow Kentuckian!
you're only about 2-2 1/2 hours away...
I live in a little town you've probably never heard of, Grant's Lick. It's about 30 south of Cincinnati, in Campbell County.
What kind of truck are you looking for? I can keep an eye out for one up here

Here are a few pics of my mud truck:

Used to be all chrome but the mud and dirt and lil oil shot that to the wind lol. Just put a chrome 120 amp alternator on her yesterday. The only thing is shiny at least for now...

i have a 4 inch suspension with axel overs. Not to hard to put in. I would rather have suspension then body for one its easier to put in but then you start screwing with body bolts and thats a pain. the most i had to do for my lift was rotate my rear axel to relieve pressure of the drive shaft.

Here is an older pic of my 79, haven't done much to it since although the tailgate band is polished now and the rear glass crank has been replaced. I did order a 383 short block recently, hope to have it in shortly.
I need to make a new pic of the M1009, it's looking a little better.

Thanks. It's a 20-footer at best and smokes at startup, hot or cold. But that engine is coming out this summer for an freshen up.

Here are some shots of my 75 K5 in it's favorite environment:
Just pushing past timberline on Tomichi Pass, Colorado
On the backside of Mt. Antero Colorado almost to the summit at 13,000 ft (running fine with a stock q-jet at this altitude by the way!)
Another shot on Mt. Antero, this time from the north side as shot from my buddy's 78 K10.
Last, A snow wheeling trip up to mountains outside of Westcliffe Colorado.

My K5 isn't the best looking, but in this case function is way before form.

If I had trails like that to ride, I don't think I'd work on my truck except to keep it running.
