I bought a DTS customs 12 bolt rear end and I am putting it in the car but the hardware kit that comes with it does not have any shock studs. The original studs on my original rear end do not seem to come off. Anyone else with this rear end, what did you do for your shock studs? Would like some good ideas before I just go ahead and weld something on it. Thanks

The lower shock stud bolts are probably stuck rusted inside the old bushings. Applying nut blaster or penetrating solution to both ends of the stud shaft. Put the 7 /16th nut back on the bolt and tried to drive it out. Make sure the car is suitably supported and the rear end supported before you do any of this. Good luck!
