Is there such a thing as a rear power antenna for the 64? It doesn't make any difference if original or aftermarket.

i've seen aftermarket's that are supposed to work..as well i've seen caddy ones for that year.
go to ebay and search for 1964 power antenna...you will see plenty. and pricey....

Just get the aftermarket one. I installed two on the back of my 62 and they work fine.
Was it a straight up design or could you angle it to 45 degrees (or so)?

Here you go Jim. These are made by two different manufacturers. I had to replace a bad one a few years back. Just follow the install instructions for the wiring. You'll have modify the mounting hardware a little but it's not rocket science. You know the drivers side is a dummy.Just cut off the antennae cable up close to the motor with some dikes. This one should work OK. It looks like it matches up with the drivers side. Sorry, I don't remember the manufacturer's name....
