Took several months for me to decide what I wanted to do with this, but finally happy with the result. Little things make a lot of difference sometimes, and usually affects everything else.

Great pictures - thanks for posting them. Great results too. You inspire me to try to save my original '50 Styleline Deluxe wheel. If I could get it to turn out as nice as yours, I would keep it!

Looks great. Someday I'd really like to find a '60 impala wheel to put on my '51 bot right now I can't see spending in the neighborhood of $100
.00 for an Impala wheel when I have so many other things that need attention. After seeing yours I surly will repaint my original wheel to hold me over for a while.

If you guys like it, then glad that's where I ended up. BTW, have always appreciated your approval from time to time on various features built into this car in what was a sometimes very demanding restoration. However, it continues to be a popular attraction at the various shows attended with many awards and citations to its credit. So, thanks to all...

Thanks Keith. I'm trying to take good care of it. I hated to sell my '55 last year, but this one has far exceeded my expectations and continues to give back....Have always appreciated your comments in the past few years.

Keith,
I hadn't seen the whole car when I made the comment about the dash. Your absolutely right, the whole car is just Fantastic. It makes me want to start over on my own car. As I look at some of these cars I wish I had done a few things different with mine.

Very cool. Now, is it just me, or is the steering wheel "upside down"? It seems like it should be rotated 180 degrees; more leverage up top, and more lap room. Brandons 51 Bus Coupe has a 3 arm wheel, so maybe that's what's throwing me off. Butch/56sedandelivery.

Stock position and just a personal preference with me. Never liked that big empty space at the top of the wheel.
