On the driver's side it's got the single 1/4" headed screw in the middle. Unscrew it until you can hear/feel it "popping" - at that point it's fully unscrewed but the connector is still held together with some black, tarry water resistant goo. You can pull the connector away from the firewall at this point.

Just in case you need to do the passenger side one too it doesn't disconnect (electrically) at the firewall. You can remove two 7mm headed screws and the piece unhooks out of the firewall hole, but the actual ends of the connectors are inside the truck - at the PCM, and a couple others nearby, all reachable if you remove the glove box insert to access them.
