Yeah, it's probably very similar to, if not the same as, a 350 cam. The 400 was made for torque in heavy vehicles. I found a spec on the Internet where the 1974 model made 150HP at 3200 RPM and 295 lb/ft torque at 2000 RPM.
What type car is the engine in? How about carb, exhaust and axle ratio?
