some of them can go even more than .090. Have em sonic check it. That will tell you how thick the walls are, as well as what would be left after boring further.

If there aint enough material, then there just aint enough. But if the sonic test reveals cylinder walls that will take plenty more overbore....have at it.

The whole thing you wanna avoid is getting the cylinder walls too thin, hence the reason for the sonic test.
