Yes I have, and that is where part of the problem is. It calls for .014-.018 gap, so I set them at .016. Put some parts box cardboard between one set. Dwell should be 29* but I can only get about 25*. Total should be 34*, but I get about 31*. I'm going to try and set them with the dist out. Maybe I'm just not on the top of the lobe of the cam, although I have tried several times and rotated the engine/dist and checked several lobes each time.
