My driver's side reverse light on my 64 has been out for awhile and decided to fix that today. Removed the bulb and the filament still was intact, so I was going to try it in the passenger side. Only the passenger bulb broke off in the socket... Once I got the metal part out of the socket I tried the driver's bulb but nothing. Went and got 2 new 1156 bulbs and put them in... and nothing on either side. Exactly how do these ground? There's only one wire going to the socket so I assume it grounds with the area in the trunk? The sockets seat in there but they feel loose. Any ideas on what's going on here?
