Three quick question (before ordering pistons) ...

1. Is a DCR between 7.8-8.0 too high for pump gas with aluminum heads? What would be an ideal DCR?

2. Is a "calculated" cranking pressure of 195 too high for a street car with aluminum heads? What would be an ideal Cranking pressure?

3. Do I subtract 14.7 from the calculated cranking compression to get an idea of what my "actual" compression ratio will be?

For example: I have an online calculator showing a cranking pressure of 195. Is this an an actual cranking pressure of 180.3 psi?
