I have hooked a vacuum tester to the system from the engine compartment and do not get a solid reading. I can pump the system to 15 hg but it slowly goes down to about 3-4 pounds. Is this normal? I am thinking that it should hold vacuum and not slowly "leak"? I checked my 89 with the same system and it does pretty much the same.
