In response to kikkegek
I strongly doubt it.
The 700r4 and the th400 differ quite a bit in length (by several inches). Unless the adapter on the 700r4 somehow compensates for the difference, the 700r4/np208 will be longer than the th400/NP208.
Having the driveshafts modified isn't a big deal. You should have a driveshaft/driveline shop in a larger city of the Netherlands, they should be able to handle the shortening/lengthening of your driveshafts.
If you have a US military base somewhere close by, you should be able to find wrecked 4wd diesel suburbans in junkyards close to the military base. These would have the driveshafts you need, provided they have a 700r4/NP208 combo in them.
If you swap in the 700r4, be certain to use a convertor made for a diesel in the 700r4. The gas ones can't handle the torque output of the diesel - they have a tendency to balloon up, destroying the torque convertor.
