I use them in everything. Slight ticking sound at idle. Allows you to run a larger cam than you should. The ticking is the valve dropping back onto the seat as the lifter fast bleeds. Kind of sounds like a solid cam but much quieter. There are those that don't like the sound. My 409 should have a solid cam anyhow, so this is just a little quieter. There are a couple different versions of them out there now, mine are the original fast bleed Hyd.
