The PS pitman arm is 5/8" longer than the manual pitman. Also, need to have a matching PS idler or manual idler, so as to match the pitman arm for proper steering geometry. If not matched, when turning one tire will scrub sideways as it will not be at the proper turning radius. Seems odd that the manual pitman arm fits with no interference. Is there any observable interference as viewed from the underside when the wheels are turned full left & right?
