take some good pics and measurements of those plates,who knows you can maybe market them and make some cash
anyways as far as mating the metric jag flex lines to the brake lines,for the front just buy bulk 3/16 brake line and then buy the correct metric fitting for the jag end and the correct standard fitting for the master cyl end,and then double flare them into place.
be sure with the jag end as the Europeans like using bubble flare instead of double flares.they look less neat and opened up more like the first step in making a double flare. hope i explaned this clear as mud for you
