I just picked up a 2011 extended cab work truck which still has less than 500 miles on it. Your story is eerily familiar...

When I shift into 4x4H it sounds like I have a bad break pad in the front. Low speed thunks are also common. I haven't contacted the dealer of chevy yet but I plan to do so. Please keep the rest of us updated.
