Go to another dealer, or even a 3rd one. If you are not getting satisfaction at that point, you can contact a zone rep or whatever they call them these days. There are obviously people that post on this board that are more connected to this type of process than I am.

If a service manager tells you again that whatever you're reporting is normal, ask him to demonstrate that by taking you for a drive in a vehicle on the lot.

My 09 6 speed shifts hard when you accelerate moderately from a dead stop and back off the throttle when you reach 15-20 mph or so - which occasionally happens in city traffic. I don't consider it a bad thing, but someone might. Or yours may be like that but harsh enough to be objectionable.
