I have a 56 BelAir with Power disk brakes. I had the car parked up hill yesterday. When I backed down, the rear end was high and when I got back level on the road, my brake pedal went to the floor and no brakes. I kept pumping the pedal and the brakes returned to normal? Brake fluid does not appear low, but could use a really small top up. Any ideas on why this would happen or if this is indicative of a more serious problem?

Thank you
