I checked daves link and i think im going to go with the mixture of 90 weight and chassis lube. Forgive my dumb question but what exactly will a bottle of 90 weight specify on the label, how do i tell which is 90 weight?

1963 Chevrolet impala sport coupe
2006 Chevrolet silverado crew cab 2wd
