You need to select:
Ignition Type - "Custom"
Crank Sensor Type - "1 Pulse/Fire"
Sensor Type - "Digital Falling"
Ignition Reference Angle - 60°
Cam Sensor - "Not Used"
Output Setup Type - "Points Output"
Dwell Time - "2.0 msec"
