Does anyone know if Sir Michael's is still in business?

I did a search for a dealer and found their corp website. It said something about reorganizing but when I called the number listed I got a recording saying I'd reached a number no longer in service. Another search by part specific failed to turn up results for what I'm looking for.

I'm looking into getting a smooth cowl for my truck project and they made one out of fiberglass that I've heard was of good quality. There are urethane ones on the market but urethane can get w~a~v~y. Any ideas?

They have been around a long while. I hope they are not a casualty of the economy.
