Hello;
Well, one way would be to install a small electric fuel pump from the tank to the front pump, I'm guessing you have a mechanical pump, It just moves the gas faster than the mechanical, it is a few feet from the tank.
I have the same problem with my 32' hot rod. It sits more than I like and when I go to start it, it takes quite a bit of cranking to get it to fire up!
