Thinking about one for the new end of the shop.
So I can open it and close it without having to get out of the 55.
Lazy bones...
(actually to keep from having to drive out, close the door and lock it from the inside then go all the way to the other end of the shop, go out and back around to the car. Then the reverse of that to put the car back in.)
Chain, belt or screw?
Chamberlain, Genie or Liftmaster (or other)
I have a standard height, light weight 10 ft steel door.
Never had an automatic door opener before, so I know nothing about them, aside from the obvious (they raise the door with an electric motor).
Thoughts, suggestions?
