    In response to Mr.Axlesauce

On the width of the axle you may want to measure yours as 70 was a change year and it could have been two different lengths. Measurement between the backing plates for 71-72 and some 70's is 57 1/2". Measurement between the backing plates on 67-69 and some 70's is 56".
