LOL, well thanks for the reply smitty. I'd believe you if I lived in the ATL area, SO CAL boy. I do get a discount on dealer parts thru the family Body Shop but... I have some good info to pass on if you are indeed in need of a oil pressure sensor. Dont buy one from the dealer. With my discount I paid $42 from the dealer. Now on my third one, just purchased from Auto Zone for $36. EXACT same part (Duralast) that you get from the dealer. LOL made in Mexico. I'll reply again if this goes out also, but working fine now. My only other conclusion if this one goes out is incorrect voltage delivery from the ECM??? The last one (not the original) showed a burnt post on removal.
