It don't have a title but is a friend of mine who has it. I may buy it but my question is can I go threw broadway title company or anything to get a title in my name for the car? I'd like to turn it back into a street car not just a old 70's cut up strip car like it is now.

disc brake conversion

Bought a 68 RS/SS 396 4 speed car over the winter. It has manual steering and non-power drums all the way around. I'm looking to put discs on the front and I see kits that go from just bolting calipers and rotors on stock spindles to changing the entire system. I want to keep it simple and mostly factory looking but I have no idea how much of an improvement it will be just using the basic kit for the wheels. Looking for some input from you folks that have already done this or have factory non-power discs. Thanks in advance!

Decals & Stripes for the 1967-68 Camaro Z28 from Phoenix Graphix!

Hello!
But the opportunity has presented itself with a 67 rs with power steering and brakes along with AC. It's a 327 bench seat car. Needs quarters but that can be done anytime. Everything else is pretty solid on it. All original and complete from bumper to bumper. Hasn't ran on a number of years. I've been looking on eBay for some price ranges but they all seem high. What would it bring? It's gold with what's left of a white vinyl top with no rust under it. Just trying to get done thoughts on it. Don't want to miss my chance on it.

69 Camaro Manual to 700r4

I have a client that wants me to change his Camaro from a 3 speed manual,(in the floor) to a 700r4. I know we need to re-drill for the crossmember, add a trans cooler, swap out the pedals, change the flywheel, install a shifter and a lock-up kit for the converter. Did I miss anything? Any idea how many hours roughly this should take? I do have a lift in my shop or else I wouldn't even consider doing it.

69 Camaro makeover

Hello guys.. I have actually posted here on the 58-64 B body forum for a long time under 61flattop. Currently we have a now all to common project in the shop that I would post a small build thread on.
In todays world beit the economy or maybe just trend but alot of the builds we are doing no consist of a car that was previously restored to some degree within the last few decades. They come in with descent paint, good body, maybe even good interior. The key elements to these projects are to update the electronics, suspension, brakes ect...
This keeps the cost down, retains the classic looks but brings the car into the current century. We always have a lot of questions on these types of builds so I had decided to post up some simple build threads on a couple of forums to help illustrate the easy process to the average builder.

We are starting with a clean little 69. She sports a healthy little small block back up by a TH400 which we currently plan to re-use.

The first step is to wrap the body to protect the already good paint work and begin to remove the original suspension and drivetrain
