The diameter of the springs are all the same. It is the wire dimension that changes, and the number of turn that determines the ride hight. I would do a check of the ride hight per the instructions in the FSM to determine if it is too high before doing anything. Today, getting the correct springs can be difficult, but there is one company that still makes springs using the original GM drawings. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
