I appear to have everything assembled correctly and I've spent over 6 HOURS adjusting those 3 stupid ,dang screws.!
Everytime I think it right ,It starts honking when I go down the road .
I can sit in the garage and twist that wheel and blow that honk and it works perfect ,,,but go for a drive and It starts blowing . I can stop it by hitting horn ring or pulling on it ,but I still haven't found that sweet spot where it only blows when asked to.
