I have not bought one for a GMT400 truck (88-98), but for the GMT800 (99-2006?) series, MIBearings.com and also Timken have some good made in the USA hub assemblies. I assume both companies make them for the GMT400 series trucks. You can find them online cheaper than you can buy the cheap ones at the chain auto parts store.

Autozone has the timkens if you dont wana buy online. But cheaper online still. I have the timkens in my 4x4 front end and they look almost exact to the factory parts and have had no issues.

Ebay has some good deals for around $60 for a new one. If your on a budget, I got mine from Ebay and it's worked great for almost a year now.
