Hello I know the throttle Body on the Ram Jet 350 is PN 17096144, I am trying to find out the bore size, I looked everywhere and I thought I found a site that said it was 90mm, I can no longer find the site, I have emailed a few distributors, 1 says 90mm, another says 75mm, can anyone tell me for sure what the size is.

Thank You

Welcome to Chevy Talk!!!
I just measured my 350 ramjet throttle body and it's 2.954" which is 75.0316 mm. with a dial caliper. Maybe the caliper is off a little.

acardon Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it, can you answer another question for me, the Fuel Injectors in the RamJet 350, I have seen 19, 22, 24 lbs/hr, would you happen to know the correct # and would you happen to know the part# of these injectors, I am trying to compare the RamJet 350 to the Edelbrock Pro Flo XT, Edelbrock is using a 90mm Throttle Body and Pico 29 lbs/hr fuel injectors, I do not know if this bigger Throttle Body and Fuel Injectors is just Overkill and is it just gonna waste more fuel with very little HP gain over the RamJet 350, I am a GM die hard who would like to use all GM products but I have to say I do like the look of the Edelbrock Pro Flo XT, especially the black powder coated version .

Thanks Again

I don't know the lbs./hr. of the 350 injectors. The part # of the 350 is 17124248.
The Ramjet 502 injectors are 38 lbs./hr. and are part # 17090919. You might try asking the flow rate in the EFI forum above. There is also a Ramjet forum, run by a ramjet dealer, but it has been real inactive lately. Link to Ramjet Forum.

ive seen threads in the past on building your own ram jet with misc. componants. you might be able to google it in certain word phrases and find the threads. it was very cost effective by buying the base ramjet manifold and snagging parts from other set ups. i think the lt1 throttle body was 1 that people were using. as for the fuel rails and injecters??? cant remember all the details on peicing a kit together.

I recently bought a bare intake, and the fellow I bought it from supplied me wtih a used 6.0 throttle body of LS engine. It bolts right up to the front of the intake. I was given a set of early 00's Z06 injectors, and have read that the LT1 fuel rails can be lightly modified to work. I beleive that the Edelbrock fuel rails will also work. I plan to use a TPI style harness using SD to run the engine. It's a 330hp 350 crate motor. Long term project, so won't have any further info for quite some time.

If/when you ever find out about how much work it takes to modify LT1 fuel rails for use with the RamJet, please post it up here.
